RPA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C20orf85, AMELX, and IL22. Each is linked with RPA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPA1-to-partner and partner-to-RPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C20orf85 grouped by RPA1-low versus RPA1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
