RP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,581 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IKBKG, IMMT, and CXorf38. Each is linked with RP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RP2-to-partner and partner-to-RP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RP2 versus IKBKG in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
