Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,092 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGAX, MMP25, and CSF3R. Each is linked with RP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RP2-to-partner and partner-to-RP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RP2 versus ITGAX in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
