Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RP1L1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RP1L1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher RP1L1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RP1L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CCRCC are the cancer types where RP1L1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
