RORC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RORC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,866 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RORC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, PLOD1, and TJP3. Each is linked with RORC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RORC-to-partner and partner-to-RORC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RORC versus DDAH1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RORC→partner) and Y-score (partner→RORC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
