Across TCGA patient cohorts, RORC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 330 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RORC-associated genes across cancer lineages are UPK3A, CSTF1, and MTG2. Each is linked with RORC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RORC-to-partner and partner-to-RORC results are reported.
