Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RORC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,263 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RORC-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6803, TMEM138, and BUB3. Each is linked with RORC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RORC-to-partner and partner-to-RORC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6803 grouped by RORC-low versus RORC-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RORC→partner) and Y-score (partner→RORC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
