Across TCGA cell cohorts, RORC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RORC-associated genes across cancer lineages are PITX3, HTR1B, and COX6A2. Each is linked with RORC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RORC-to-partner and partner-to-RORC results are reported.
