Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RORB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RORB data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RORB Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RORB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where RORB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
