RORB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RORB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,193 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RORB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKAP12_S612, SEPTIN11, and PURA. Each is linked with RORB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RORB-to-partner and partner-to-RORB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RORB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RORB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
