RORA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RORA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,711 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RORA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, TLN2, and FERMT2. Each is linked with RORA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RORA-to-partner and partner-to-RORA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RORA versus KANK2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RORA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RORA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
