Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RORA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,916 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RORA-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNL3, MAD2L1, and GRPEL2. Each is linked with RORA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RORA-to-partner and partner-to-RORA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNL3 grouped by RORA-low versus RORA-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RORA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RORA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
