Across TCGA cell cohorts, RORA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,643 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RORA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of post-translational protein modification, Process utilizing autophagic mechanism, and Autophagy. Each is linked with RORA in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RORA-to-partner and partner-to-RORA results are reported.
