Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RORA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RORA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CABP5, UBQLN3, and KRTAP10-1. Each is linked with RORA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RORA-to-partner and partner-to-RORA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CABP5 grouped by RORA-low versus RORA-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RORA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RORA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
