Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ROR1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ROR1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ROR1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ROR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
ACC, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where ROR1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
