Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,136 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRISPLD2, EPAS1, and RARRES2. Each is linked with ROR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROR1-to-partner and partner-to-ROR1 results are reported.
