Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ROR1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ROR1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ROR1-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ROR1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CHOL and ESCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, MESO, and UVM are the cancer types where ROR1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
