The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher ROMO1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ROMO1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CHOL are the cancer types where ROMO1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
