ROMO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROMO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,086 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROMO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AAR2, RALY, and RPRD1B. Each is linked with ROMO1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROMO1-to-partner and partner-to-ROMO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROMO1 versus AAR2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
