Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROMO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,609 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ROMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, ZEB2, and ARHGAP31. Each is linked with ROMO1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROMO1-to-partner and partner-to-ROMO1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROMO1 versus CNRIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
