Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROMO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ROMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMY1HP, RNU6-452P, and MIR378E. Each is linked with ROMO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROMO1-to-partner and partner-to-ROMO1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBMY1HP grouped by ROMO1-low versus ROMO1-high in SKCM.
