Across TCGA cell cohorts, ROMO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,881 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROMO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA threonylcarbamoyladenosine metabolic process, Mitochondrial electron transport, succinate to ubiquinone, and Viral translational termination-reinitiation. Each is linked with ROMO1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROMO1-to-partner and partner-to-ROMO1 results are reported.
