Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ROGDI Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ROGDI data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ROGDI Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ROGDI expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
COAD, CESC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ROGDI Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
