ROGDI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROGDI RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,633 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROGDI-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDT16L1, USP7, and ABAT. Each is linked with ROGDI in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROGDI-to-partner and partner-to-ROGDI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROGDI versus NUDT16L1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROGDI→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROGDI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
