Across TCGA cell cohorts, ROGDI RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,261 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ROGDI-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, Cilium movement involved in cell motility, and Vacuolar acidification. Each is linked with ROGDI in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROGDI-to-partner and partner-to-ROGDI results are reported.
