Across TCGA cell cohorts, ROGDI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROGDI-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPPIN, NKX2-6, and OR52E4. Each is linked with ROGDI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROGDI-to-partner and partner-to-ROGDI results are reported.
