Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROCK1P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,525 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROCK1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP7P3, LINC01943, and SNRPD3. Each is linked with ROCK1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROCK1P1-to-partner and partner-to-ROCK1P1 results are reported.
