ROCK1P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROCK1P1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROCK1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, FoxM1, and GAPDH. Each is linked with ROCK1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROCK1P1-to-partner and partner-to-ROCK1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by ROCK1P1-low versus ROCK1P1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROCK1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROCK1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
