Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROBO4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,012 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ROBO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD34, CDH5, and FAM110D. Each is linked with ROBO4 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROBO4-to-partner and partner-to-ROBO4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROBO4 versus CD34 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROBO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROBO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
