ROBO4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROBO4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,995 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROBO4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK3, MMRN2, and NID1. Each is linked with ROBO4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROBO4-to-partner and partner-to-ROBO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROBO4 versus KANK3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROBO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROBO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
