ROBO4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROBO4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,748 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROBO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are VWF, INMT, and GPIHBP1. Each is linked with ROBO4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROBO4-to-partner and partner-to-ROBO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROBO4 versus VWF in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROBO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROBO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
