ROBO4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROBO4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,327 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROBO4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL4A1, ITIH5, and NUP85. Each is linked with ROBO4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROBO4-to-partner and partner-to-ROBO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROBO4 versus COL4A1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROBO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROBO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
