ROBO4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROBO4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,462 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROBO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A27, SMIM10L2A, and TEDC1. Each is linked with ROBO4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROBO4-to-partner and partner-to-ROBO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A27 grouped by ROBO4-low versus ROBO4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROBO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROBO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
