Across TCGA cell cohorts, ROBO4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 204 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROBO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKAIN1, MAGEB4, and RBMY1J. Each is linked with ROBO4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROBO4-to-partner and partner-to-ROBO4 results are reported.
