Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ROBO2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ROBO2 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 10 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher ROBO2 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ROBO2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and LSCC show a favorable association.
GBM, LUAD, and LSCC are the cancer types where ROBO2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
