Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROBO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,474 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROBO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THEMIS2, CENPV, and DTX3L_S539. Each is linked with ROBO2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROBO2-to-partner and partner-to-ROBO2 results are reported.
