ROBO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROBO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,515 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROBO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ROBO1_T1240, ROBO1_S1055, and CEP170. Each is linked with ROBO1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROBO1-to-partner and partner-to-ROBO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROBO1 versus ROBO1_T1240 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROBO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROBO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
