ROBO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROBO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,134 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROBO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB1, SKA1, and MRPL37. Each is linked with ROBO1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROBO1-to-partner and partner-to-ROBO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCNB1 grouped by ROBO1-low versus ROBO1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROBO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROBO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
