ROBO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ROBO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,511 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROBO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLTP, OXT, and PRND. Each is linked with ROBO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROBO1-to-partner and partner-to-ROBO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLTP grouped by ROBO1-low versus ROBO1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROBO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROBO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
