RO60

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RO60 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,417 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RO60-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC73, IPO9, and MORC2. Each is linked with RO60 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RO60-to-partner and partner-to-RO60 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RO60 versus CDC73 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RO60→partner) and Y-score (partner→RO60) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
