Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RO60 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,381 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RO60-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASH1L, MTR, and RCOR3. Each is linked with RO60 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RO60-to-partner and partner-to-RO60 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RO60 versus ASH1L in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RO60→partner) and Y-score (partner→RO60) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
