RO60

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RO60 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RO60-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAS40_pT246, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with RO60 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RO60-to-partner and partner-to-RO60 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAS40_pT246 grouped by RO60-low versus RO60-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RO60→partner) and Y-score (partner→RO60) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
