RO60

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RO60 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RO60-associated genes across cancer lineages are GML, GPR26, and ZSWIM2. Each is linked with RO60 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RO60-to-partner and partner-to-RO60 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GML grouped by RO60-low versus RO60-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RO60→partner) and Y-score (partner→RO60) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
