The most reproducible RNY4P29-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading, Regulation of spindle organization, and Regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator. Each is linked with RNY4P29 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNY4P29-to-partner and partner-to-RNY4P29 results are reported.
