The most reproducible RNY4P28-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to nuclear body, Protein localization to nucleoplasm, and Protein acetylation. Each is linked with RNY4P28 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNY4P28-to-partner and partner-to-RNY4P28 results are reported.
