Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNY4P24 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNY4P24 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RNY4P24 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNY4P24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and BLCA show a favorable association.
LUAD, READ, and THCA are the cancer types where RNY4P24 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
