Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNY4P23 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNY4P23 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RNY4P23 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNY4P23 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
LIHC, ACC, and PAAD are the cancer types where RNY4P23 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
