RNY4P20

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNY4P20 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNY4P20 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher RNY4P20 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNY4P20 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

TGCT, BLCA, and KIRP are the cancer types where RNY4P20 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
