RNY3P16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNY3P16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,129 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNY3P16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA 3'-splice site recognition, Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane, and Positive regulation of collagen metabolic process. Each is linked with RNY3P16 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNY3P16-to-partner and partner-to-RNY3P16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA 3'-splice site recognition grouped by RNY3P16-low versus RNY3P16-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNY3P16→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNY3P16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
