Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNY1P7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNY1P7 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RNY1P7 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNY1P7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.

LIHC, SKCM, and BLCA are the cancer types where RNY1P7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
